PSC has experiences and networks to prepare and promote proposals for European funded programs. Kyriakos has been the driving force behind a number of successful Life programs undertaken by Green Dot Cyprus in the past. He has an excellent network with the local authorities in Cyprus and with local academic institutions and NGOs who can team up to develop project teams for new projects.

PSC also collaborates with Aspon Consulting, which has extensive experience in promoting European Programs under various EU and other initiatives (like the EEA Grands from the Norwegian fund and others).
